Your blood sugar is 440 and you need to eat lunch, but you only have 8 units of insulin left in your pump and you need to take 11 plus the amount to cover carbs. There is nowhere for me to go to take a shot without losing my table so I have to maneuver myself around my backpack (where I’m already looking very suspicious) to shoot up. Its not working out well.

I knew I shouldn’t have drank that frappuccino this morning without taking insulin. Boo. I’m a bad diabetic.
